Writer, memoirist, and digital archivist, Stephanie Jarbeck Godinez’s work has appeared in Harrisburg Magazine and Punxsutawney Hometown Magazine. She also publishes under the names Stephanie Godinez and Stephanie Jarbeck.
She writes creative nonfiction exploring memory, place, home, and lived experience, often using fragmented narrative to capture the quiet moments that continue to shape us long after they’ve passed.
She is currently at work on her first novel while continuing to write creative nonfiction exploring memory, family, and regional identity.
Stephanie is the creator of Spoken Mementos, a digital archive of essays, visual memoirs, and keepsakes that preserve personal stories through words, images, and objects. The project reflects her belief that ordinary moments deserve to be remembered just as much as extraordinary ones.
She holds a Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS), an education that continues to shape her interest in archives, memory, and preserving personal history through writing.
