How It Works

Every project begins with a simple form, an email, or a Zoom call. You can choose whatever feels easiest and most comfortable for you.

I will send a few thoughtful questions to help guide the story. You are welcome to answer in your own words, or we can talk through the answers together during a Zoom session or phone call. From there, I shape what you share into a written keepsake that blends story with memory. If you have photos, quotes, recipes, scent descriptions, or fabric textures you would like included, I will scan or incorporate those into the design as part of the final piece.

Once your story is written and laid out, I will send you a preview to review. You are welcome to request edits. When everything feels right, I will prepare the final version as a digital PDF. If you have selected a printed copy, I will arrange that as well.

Quick Steps

Step 1: You Reach Out
Choose your offering and connect through a form, email, phone, or Zoom consult.

Step 2: We Talk or Write
I guide you through questions or conversation. You can also send photos, recipes, letters, scent notes, or anything you feel helps with the memory of the story to be woven into the design.

Step 3: I Shape the Story
I write your story and design the layout to reflect the emotion and atmosphere of what you shared. You receive a full preview and can request edits.

Step 4: You Receive the Keepsake
You receive a finished PDF and, if selected, a printed and framed version that ships free.

What To Expect After Approval

Turnaround:
Production begins once your zoom interview is complete or questionnaire form is submitted. Once you approve the story and layout, your memento will be ready for delivery. From there, most projects are completed and shipped within the timeframe below:
- Memory Moments:
  PDF delivered within 5 business days of final sign-off.
  Framed prints ship free and typically arrive within another 5 business days.
- Gifts:
  Gift Certificates will be provided same day for instant download to print
