Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Overview
Spoken Mementos provides custom storytelling keepsake service of digital print ready PDFs called Memory Moments based on personal memories shared by clients.

2. Process & Delivery
Turnaround time begins once a customer approves the final story draft. Digital files are emailed upon completion.

3. Revisions
Clients may request reasonable edits after the first draft. Major content changes after final approval may incur additional charges.

4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of each project, all sales are final.

5. Ownership
Clients retain ownership of the original memories and materials provided. The finished written keepsake is copyrighted by Spoken Mementos and is intended for personal use only. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

6. Communication
By submitting a project, you agree to receive email updates related to your order.

7. Payment
All prices are listed in USD. Payment is due at checkout unless a payment plan has been arranged.
